Corporate culture is a cultural connotation deposited by an enterprise. However, the so-called corporate culture of many companies is just some slogans formulated by the company's leaders. It is not displayed at all within the company. It is just the "corporate culture" that the company's leaders consider themselves to be. This can be understood as the leaders of the company hope that the company can develop in this direction, so they define the corporate culture first. But unfortunately, the bosses of most companies have not sorted out the actual situation and expectations of the company and employees based on the actual situation of the company. Some bosses even directly formulate some rules and regulations that require employees and the so-called cultivation and pattern of employees as "corporate culture."
